1. Cooling-off period (Right of Withdrawal)
At Straight away Benelux B.V., you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receiving it, without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have an additional 14 days to return the product. You will then receive a full refund excluding the original shipping costs. Return shipping costs are at your own expense, unless stated otherwise.
If you make use of your right of withdrawal, we ask that you return the product – if reasonably possible – unused, unopened, and in its original condition and packaging.
2. Exceptions to the return policy
Please note: the following products cannot be returned, if:
The seal has been broken (e.g., supplements, meal replacements, cosmetics or other hygiene-related products)
- The product is perishable or has a limited shelf life
- The product is unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons
- The product was custom-made or personalized for you
- These exceptions are in line with EU consumer protection law.
3. How to request a return
Request your return within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing:

4. Refunds
Once we have received and checked your return, we will refund your payment within 14 days, using the same payment method you used.
If the product is opened, damaged, or doesn’t meet return conditions, we reserve the right to apply a reduction in value or reject the return.
